The weekly operating rhythm that protects deep work

Alignment does not require more meetings. It requires a rhythm everyone can rely on.

The version I use with clients is deliberately small: one weekly planning block, one weekly review, and a protected window for the work only the founder can do.

When the rhythm is predictable, people stop scheduling reactive meetings to chase certainty. The calendar quiets down, and the deep work finally has somewhere to live.
